a Master of Arts Degree from the University of the West Indies in Communications for Social and Behaviour Change.  Prior to that, she studied Administrative Management at the University of Technology where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree with honours.

She has honed her skills in the Caribbean Region conceptualising, designing and implementing evidence-based initiatives at various entry points of the project management cycle where she specialised in knowledge management; behaviour and social change communications and participatory community planning and action.
